Rainy Day Fun In Cornwall

Rainy Day Fun In Cornwall

It's not always sunshine and beach days in the summer. We've discovered some amazing rainy day fun in Cornwall, so grab a coat from our new clothing range and come with us...

Just Get Wetter!

If it's a wet day, why not just get wetter! Jump in the sea and just embrace the water all around. Try surfing at our local beach with Portreath Surfing School, coasteering at Cornish Rock Tors, or go on a paddle board safari with SUP In A Bag

Go Underground

Hide away from the weather underground. Cornwall's rich mining history is fascinating to discover and you can explore the underground mine workings to get a feel for the life of a miner at Geevor Tin Mine or Carnglaze Caverns which is an amazing old slate mine.

Get Spooky

For something a little different head to the Museum of Witchcraft & Magic in Boscastle. A fascinating look at magical practices with over 3000 artefacts on display.

Get Cosy

Give in to the weather and hunker down with a hot chocolate and slice of cake at a beachside cafe and watch the waves and weather hit the coast. We love The Atlantic Beach Cafe just down the road from us in Portreath.

Learn About The Sea

If you don't fancy plunging yourself into the waves, then why not learn all about Cornwall's maritime past at the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth. Discover rare objects, boats, a play zone, kids fun and you can even go underwater and look into Falmouth Harbour!

Get Arty

Cornwall has long been associated with some of the worlds best artists, from Barbara Hepworth to Stanhope Forbes. Spend a day wandering the many art galleries from Tate St Ives to the Barbara Hepworth Museum & Sculpture Garden, Newlyn Art Gallery, the Leach Pottery and many more.

We can keep you dry from head to toe! Take a peek at our range of coats, plus wellies and waterproof shoes.
