Shipping policy

Under normal circumstances all orders received by 4pm (Monday to Friday) will be despatched within 48 hours assuming the stock is available. In the case of stock not being available we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

Shipped packages to mainland UK destinations should arrive between 3 and 5 working days from despatch.

Carriage is charged by a calculation of the combination of weight of the item(s) in the consignment and the region of destination. For an exact carriage charge, please view your item(s) as selected in your basket. The carriage charge will appear itemised seperately. The following weight limits apply to single consignments:

• UK Mainland - Up to 20kg per consignment
• Europe - Up to 2kg per consignment (up to 5kg in Multiple Consignments)
• Worldwide - Up to 2kg per consignment (up to 5kg in Multiple Consignments)

Customs, import VAT and handling charges
For orders delivered outside the UK, including to EU countries, any applicable customs duties, import VAT, taxes and carrier handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by the destination country or carrier and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless explicitly stated at checkout.
