Delivery & Returns Policy
Under normal circumstances all orders received by 4pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched within 48 hours assuming the stock is available. In the case of stock not being available we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
Shipped packages to mainland UK destinations should arrive between 3 and 5 working days from dispatch.
Carriage is charged by a calculation of the combination of weight of the item(s) in the consignment and the region of destination. For an exact carriage charge, please view your item(s) as selected in your basket. The carriage charge will appear itemised separately. The following weight limits apply to single consignments:
- UK Mainland - Up to 20kg per consignment
- Europe - Up to 2kg per consignment (up to 5kg in Multiple Consignments)
- Worldwide - Up to 2kg per consignment (up to 5kg in Multiple Consignments)
We hope you love our shoes as much as we do and are 100% satisfied with your order. Schoose are happy to exchange or refund shoes provided the following conditions are met-
- Goods are unworn and with their original box, labelling and packaging and accompanied with a valid till receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returned to us within 28 days of purchase (sale or reduced goods within 14 days)
Schoose are unable to exchange or refund goods when-
- Goods that are not faulty but in not a resalable condition as a result of being worn.
If the goods are not suitable please return to us filling out our returns form stating the reason for return. On receipt of the goods at our store a refund will be issued. We do not refund carriage/postage costs.
If an alternative size or style is required please log into www.schoose.co.uk and re-order your requirements as a new transaction.
Any cost incurred in returning goods or providing replacements are the responsibility of the customer , we do not refund carriage/postage costs .We recommend that you organise postage that requires a signature when the goods arrive back with us .We cannot accept any responsibility for goods in transit you are returning to us.
In the unlikely event that you need to return shoes because they are faulty we ask you to include your receipt or proof of purchase when returning them to us. They will be inspected and if deemed faulty we will contact you to discuss your needs. Where possible and if required, a replacement will be offered or a full refund including original postage costs. Where goods are returned to us and deemed not to be genuinely faulty we will contact you with a full explanation on our judgement .

When arranging goods to be returned to us under a "recipient to sign for" arrangement please ensures your carrier is made aware that we are open to accept goods in, Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm.
