Portreath Beach & North Cliffs

Waggy tails love splashing through the surf and running off all that doggy energy along the sand at Portreath Beach. If the seasonal dog restrictions are in place, or you just need to tire them out more, then head up the coast path and along North Cliffs. You can walk for hours towards Godrevy and guarantee yourself a quiet night when you get home! Do be careful and keep them on a lead on the cliffs though as there are steep and high drops.

Coast to Coast Path

This amazing cycle path runs right behind the shop and goes all the way to Devoran! You can walk as little or as much as you want on this peaceful trail exploring woodland, valleys and historical mining landscapes and architecture. 

Porthtowan to Chapel Porth

A great stomp along the coast path from one gorgeous beach to another - with fantastic cafes at either end - perfect. If you are careful and the tides are right you can also do this walk right along the beach to avoid any hills! Seasonal dog ban applies to the beaches here.

Tehidy Woods

A nice shady one for hot summer days, there are over 9 miles of paths and 250 acres of woodland and lakes to explore. If you're hungry after your adventures there is also a café and picnic area.

St Agnes Beacon

This is one of our favourites for summer evenings so we can watch the sunset. The beacon takes you high up above the cliffs with stunning views over the sea and the north coast of Cornwall.
